I run this site to offer technical and production services to creators. Here is exactly what I collect and what I do with it.
What I collect
When you use the configurator to get started, I ask for your name, email, Discord username, timezone, and project notes. If you subscribe to my blog, I collect your email address.
How I use it
I read your project notes to see what you need. Then I email you via Resend to follow up. I use PayPal to invoice you and zcal to book our session. If you sign up for the newsletter, I only email you when I publish a new blog post. You can unsubscribe anytime.
Tracking and Analytics
I track site visits using Umami and Cloudflare. Umami is privacy-focused. It doesn't use cookies and doesn't track who you are. Cloudflare just keeps the site online and blocks bad traffic.
Third-Party Tools
I share your data with the tools that run my business. Resend handles forms and newsletters. PayPal processes your payment. Zcal manages my calendar. SwissTransfer hosts your session recordings. I don't sell your data to anyone.
Session Recordings
I record our remote setup sessions so you have a reference for later. I upload these recordings to SwissTransfer and send you the link. These links expire. Once they are gone, they are gone.
